A WYLL or "What You Lookin' Like" is an extremely unfair way of greeting someone to ask what he or she might be up to or how they are feeling. Mostly, it does pretty much what one would suppose: checking in with a friend or two to see whether they would act to joining something- standard "Hey, WYLL?" The other person hasn't really been expected to reciprocate, "Not much. What about you?". Instead, it has opened the door for them to share everything going on in their life. Even for the younger attendants, A lovely little touch-not too intrusive-in touching base to show that one cares about the other person's day!
